25.01.2022 What a week of engagements and activities that have been both positive and successful! First, we had 27 students from #BundooraSecondaryCollege participate in exploring career pathways into the logistics and transport industry with #Mainfreight. Second, a career exploration webinar with #McDonalds on pathway opportunities in Retail included 72 student participants from 15 secondary schools from across the State.... Third, the Northern #SBAT Network was attended by 33 stakeholders including 6 secondary schools which included a presentation from the #VCAA. This was followed by a robust cross sector conversation and sharing on current experiences of COVID-19 and the impact on student apprenticeship and traineeship arrangements. We would like to thank all the amazing guest speakers from Mainfreight, McDonald’s and the VCAA for their expertise, knowledge and support. #inthistogether #careerexplorationforyouth #careerdevelopment #schoolandindustrypartnerships #workexposure #virtualwebinars
