23.01.2022 BACK TO WHERE IT ALL BEGAN!! Banyule Football Club is excited to announce the return of Our Champion Brent Stanton back to the Cave. After a decorated career pl...aying 255 AFL Games, Brent finished top ten in Essendons Best and Fairest eleven years in a row over a 14year period an amazing stat in any sport. Stants is also seven-time Junior Best and Fairest winner and Premiership player at Banyule Junior Football Club and is extremely excited to come back to where it all began. Brent will be a fantastic addition to our young playing group, along with supporting our cubs in our Junior Football programs, in conjunction with his commitments at Carlton FC. Our campaign in Division 2 now gets even more exciting!! Hope to see you all down the to support Our Great Club in 2018 and beyond. #bemorebanyule

21.01.2022 The Summer court maintenance program is nearing completion with just a few cleanup jobs still to be done. Weather permitting the courts will be reopened and available to Members from Tuesday 13th January.

17.01.2022 The new fencing looks amazing. (Will be posting photos soon) but you will hardly recognise the place. Huge change and fantastic job by Rob Grogan and the boys from Hyline Fencing.

13.01.2022 Check out the new fences

13.01.2022 Restoration work has already commenced on getting at least 4 courts up and available for play. Will be operational for juniors on Saturday morning and OLMC Monday morning. Repairs to surface of courts 6,5,2 & 1 all damaged in the accident will commence 8.00am Monday morning and hoping to have new Net Posts on courts 6 & 1 in sometime Monday or Tuesday. Will definitely be good to go for start of night tennis Tuesday but may only have 4 courts instead of 6. Will keep posting with updates as we go, also see Blogs on banyuletennis.com

10.01.2022 Will we have the same result as last year with Sarina already there and Novak needing to get passed Roger again. Hoping for a great match and looking forward to a match played by two champion players and humble and gracious gentlemen of the sport.

07.01.2022 Courts were badly damaged by storm water but will soon be back in action

07.01.2022 Damage from the car accident today at BTC. the new fences were looking so good and now we start again. 50 years of the old fences and never an incident. 3 weeks with the new ones and this. At least no one was hurt as the courts were empty, and the driver & his wife walked away without a scratch.

04.01.2022 New Wind protection screens. Place now looks spic. Next major job is to replace lines on all courts.
