04.01.2022 Sprucing up your home for spring?! Here are some of our top tips when it comes to decorating with plants! - Arrange in odd numbers: grouping your plants in odd numbers ensures your arrangement looks casual and effortless. On the other hand, using an even number means your arrangement will be symmetrical, giving it a more formal look. - Use accent plants: if you have one large plant, make it centre of attention! This will highlight your space and really make things pop.... - Choose plants in different sizes and colours: using a variety of plants in different widths, heights and colours will give a more organic look. It also makes your arrangement more visually interesting as it won't look so uniform. - Use different decorative pots: what kind of pots you go for is all based on personal preference, however, we recommend combining pots of different materials, colours and textures for an eclectic finish.

04.01.2022 Regular repotting is key in keeping your plants healthy and thriving! Repotting gives them additional room to grow and also provides a refresh of soil as it can become depleted of nutrients over time. Some of the signs that your plant may need repotting include: - Roots are emerging from the drainage holes - Soil looks very dry and dusty - It's been years since you've last repotted it... - The plant looks far too big and unstable in its current pot Depending on how fast-growing the plant is, you can either replant them into a new, larger pot or use the same one with fresh potting mix. Repotting should be done every 12 to 18 months. Early spring, before the start of the growth season, is the best time to repot your plants!
