22.01.2022 Plenty of junior cricket on tonight and tomorrow morning would be great to see some of our senior players at the games supporting our junior Rangers. Here are the under 12’s teams for tonight’s games. Under 14’s White are trying to case down 176 tomorrow morning.... Under 16’s are trying to defend a total of 127 tonight. #GoRangers

22.01.2022 Baranduda Rangers Cricket Club could not be any prouder of our B Grade players and the fight they put up yesterday. They all displayed the true Ranger spirit and gave it a red hot crack. Thanks to all the supporters that came and spurred on our players and seeing so many of our juniors providing drinks, fielding and batting drills for our players. Special thanks goes out to everyone behind the scenes that helped out in the canteen, ground setup/packup, cooking the BBQ and not forgotten are our two scorers Kylie and Sarah. Whilst we may not have the silverware in the trophy cabinet, yesterday showed the heart and soul of the club and the brightest future of any club within Cricket Albury Wodonga.

20.01.2022 Good evening all, Well what a fantastic result so far with registrations flowing into the club. However more than ever we need the help of our amazing club families.... With strong numbers for juniors, we will need to fill some coaching positions 2 x under 12’s are the priority at the moment. (Wednesday & Friday Nights) 1 x under 14’s potentially as well (Monday and Saturday morning) With COVID numbers moving in the right direction we appear to edging closer to a season, which means we will need to decide how many teams per age groups we will enter into the competition ( maybe as soon as start of October) I would encourage all parents to consider taking up the opportunity to be coach. I have been coaching junior cricket for many years and I cannot tell you how rewarding it is to empower and teach our children to make great decisions not only in terms of cricket but in life as well. Having just officially received my level 2 coaching qualification I am happy to support new coaches with any queries, questions and support required. 15.01.2022 G'day everyone, we are currently finalising all of our COVID-19 protocols and awaiting final items from the council in regards to training. Unless we post otherwise between now and then, first training will be this Saturday the 26th of September at 2pm. Tonight the team from Woodfire Desire will be at the Baranduda cricket ground selling pizzas for the last time this year (cash only). They are going to donate $1 from every pizza they sell to Kylie Mayne and her relay for life team. Kylie will be there with her donation tin, information for anyone interested in joining them. our under 16's team will be trying to chase down 178 that east Albury set last week. while on our other ground under 12's blue with be playing Wodonga Bulldogs Macklin's.

05.01.2022 Good Evening All, Vinny and I have been blown away at the number of positive responses to Saturday’s training session. Unfortunately due to restrictions placed on the club as a result of COVID we are required to limit numbers at the training session.... We have decided to make this Saturday’s training only available to under 16’s and senior players. I will run a training session with the juniors (under 12’s and under 14’s ) on Wednesday 30th September and as it is school holidays start at 3pm until 5pm Once again absolutely stoked at the positivity Around this season. As soon as we receive the go ahead from the Victorian government and CAW we will let you know. This includes Woolworths cricket, junior and senior cricket.
