The grove is located on a family run farm where their EVOO is extracted using a cold pressed method, ensuring the quality of the oil. Each bottle of oil has tasting notes to accompany the years harvest- a wonderful addition for any foodie. They only do small batch bottling as required, allowing the oil to be ...stored in bulk under ideal conditions for as long as possible to minimize the chance of deterioration which ultimately changes the organoleptic or sensory qualities of the oil.
