24.01.2022 When your local public school makes you feel like family even though your kids have finished there, it is a privilege to make the cake for their 60th birthday. 19.01.2022 Wow I think this is my first post in December! I have literally been burning the candle at both ends getting orders out for December and finally I rest. Thank you to everyone who purchased a gingerbread house, a thank you board or indulged in some Christmas catering. I truly am blessed to love what I do so it means so much that my community supports me. With Covid back, it was a lot of late nights without staff able to help but the joy I got from people sending pictures of their gingerbread houses filled with love made my day. Merry Christmas to everyone. Hope you found some joy today despite the crazy circumstances we are living it.

This year I have two options for my MINI GINGERBREAD HOUSE, either a step by step class at Barbette’s Feast HQ in North Narrabeen or pick up a kit and do it yourself at home. My popular ASSEMBLY AND DECORATING CLASSES are back for their 9th year with COVID safe guidelines. Participants will be shown step by step how to assemble their hand cut, pre-baked mini gingerbread ...houses, then decorate the outside with lollies galore. Gluten- and dairy - free can be catered for (48 hours notice required) and ticket price is per person per house also including a bottle of water and a fresh fruit platter when done.
