11.01.2022 Myth No 2. Gluten Intolerance is in the imagination. People who adopt this diet do so for fad or fashion. When foods make you ill, it is logical to change your diet. Anyone who is Coeliac or gluten intolerant knows the consequences of eating the wrong food. Unfortunately this often happens when eating out, through cross contamination. My biscuits have been prepared to Coeliac standards, which is why they come in sealed packages.

07.01.2022 Time to dispel some myths about gluten free foods. MYTH no 1. All gluten free food is tasteless, dry and crumbly. If you are a firm believer in this myth, then you have been shopping in supermarkets too long. Most products on the shelves are made with rice flour or a combination that includes rice flour.... Many people do not tolerate rice flour in their digestive system. My biscuits are made using a wide variety of other flours and meals, including amaranth, buckwheat, almond meal, hazelnut meal, coconut and tapioca flour.
