17.01.2022 What a year has been!!! Many cakes unfortunately have been cancelled or postponed to the new year due to Covid19 but I'd love to share with you some of my creations made in 2020. I'm proud of what I have achieved but especially I'm grateful for all the amazing clients, returned and new that I have. Looking forward to create new designs and to always improve my skills in 2021. 15.01.2022 A beautiful two tiers cake for Sienna's Holy Communion. cakes are covered in homemade marshmellow Fondant, bottom tier in caramel flavour, decorated with sequin confetti painted in rose gold, top tier in vanilla painted with pink lustre dust. A variety of wonderful flowers made out of fondant make this cake a stunner. Thank you to Bianca La Scala and Sienna's mum for trusting my work.

15.01.2022 I was very happy to take this order from Mrs Williams on the behalf of the staff from Thorndon Park primary school to celebrate Michelle's 50th bday ( our SSO teacher). Vanilla cupcakes decorated with piped buttercream roses and chocolate cupcakes with fondant toppers she particularly loves owls so one special cupcake with a handpainted fondant owl.

12.01.2022 A beautiful cake to celebrate Veronica's D'Agostino baby shower. I got inspired by the theme Baby in bloom and came up with this double barrel cake in Hazelnut sponge with Pistachio filling covered in homemade marshmellow Fondant. Stone effect for fondant ruffles, sugar lace in gold and a wonderful variety of fondant flowers and sugar lace leaves.

03.01.2022 So much pressure to make this cake perfect and if I tell you that I criedthat when I assembled would you believe me?? Well, it wasn't perfect but I'm proud of what I did and especially my daughter Tiffany absolutely loved it. She loves carousels so I made this multiple tiers cake for her Communion. Everything out of fondant expect for the cross in acrylic, details on the bottom tier in fondant, sugar lace and wafer paper. The middle tier was the real cake in vanilla with Pistachio and my new flavour gianduia filling covered in homemade marshmellow Fondant.
