09.01.2022 Great news! The First Home Buyers 5% scheme has a new maximum price limit - now up to $700K for most postcodes in Melbourne! But it starts 1st July and you usually need your 2021 Notice of Assessment from the tax office. Can't wait to help you all with a great loan!

06.01.2022 Refinance! If you have an existing loan, you should look into getting a lower rate! You could get a fixed rate of 1.88%, and some lenders are currently offering a $3,000 cash back when you refinance. First Home Buyers- there are still spots left in the Governments 5% deposit scheme.
