25.01.2022 The kitchen table is the perfect splicing workspace.

24.01.2022 This has made my morning. There’s a 272 page book on how to watch golf. In stitches. Surely, for the love god sitting on your arse watching someone else do something dosent require a book.

23.01.2022 Rob picked up a hard copy of this A4 info sheet at Bardon Thyme this morning which I just loved. I sent it to school with Nina today as I thought it was so cute. I checked out the website for Backyard Birds and it has a bunch of kids resources such as this pdf but also little activities and identification tools that kids might like (thinking school holiday activities). https://www.birdsinbackyards.net/... (For those not in Brissie there are some id charts like this one of different areas in Australia).

22.01.2022 Such a epic day. Massive Hills weeping fig, deadwood, building clearance and creeper vine removal. Preset 3 lines to traverse from each section. Loved the Hansa c13 from Kennards. Realised starting a tree business in the hill suburbs means either many years of backyard drag outs or go smaller chippers that I can wheel around steep backyard sections and leave the chip for the clients. Move Mohamed to the mountain people. Small chippers are the bomb. @john_hansa_products_australia @kennardshire

21.01.2022 Pretty dried seeds and berries from the White Bird of Paradise.

21.01.2022 Great to see the Wattle flowers out and about in Bardon -big burst of yellow flowers.

21.01.2022 Such a great day pruning some lovely big Ficus benjamina’s. Love big figs.

21.01.2022 Think I’ve seen inner Brisbane from every unimaginable angle possible! Great day for a big jacaranda climb.

20.01.2022 Rob rocking the Bardon Trees t-shirt...super nice quality t-shirt that I ordered from Screenlab which is based in the Goldy.

19.01.2022 Loving the Nifty lift to get rid of some giant white birds of paradise (Strelitzia nicolai) that were falling and destroying a client's back garden. The guys at the hire center from @KennardsHire Bowen Hills were fantastic - great customer service. Definitely recommend going there if you are in need of hiring equipment in Brisbane.

17.01.2022 It's a long way down!

17.01.2022 Following on from our Birds of Brisbane post the other day... there are some FREE ART workshops for kids to learn to draw birds. Location - Paddington supported by Brisbane City Council. Check em out... https://events.humanitix.com/birds-of-brisbane-free-saturda

17.01.2022 Does anyone want some great (but fresh) jacaranda and macadamia mulch. On the trailer now and can drop locally anytime next few days.

17.01.2022 Latest and updated flyer

15.01.2022 Really love being able to chip mulch straight into tight access gardens with our new Hansa chipper.

13.01.2022 A thank you card goes a long way. This Ivory Curl photo is one of my favorites that Rob took in Bardon a couple of years ago - we have this photo framed in our kitchen.

12.01.2022 What a great climb today!! Beautiful old hills weepeing fig to climb out and remove all the creepers and philodendron that had made it all the way to the top.

12.01.2022 Brand new edition to the crew. The small but mighty @hansa_products C13. 4 inch, can wheel around through gates to back yards. Perfect for my pruning and smaller jobs. Very stoked. Thanks @john_hansa_products_australia for making it happen.

10.01.2022 Day 2 worlds biggest bamboo!! Hope everyone has plenty of good coffee.

08.01.2022 After coming across too many struggling trees I’ve gone out and got a lot of organic worm juice and kelp fertiliser. It’s been so dry I’ve bangin on all day about mulch, fertiliser and lots of water. If you need any let’s know!

07.01.2022 Ohhhh you legend @the_splice_witch arrived all good!!

06.01.2022 Definately one of my favourite Jacarandas at the bowlo this week after the rain.

05.01.2022 Great insight into the power of trees and plants. If you are looking to plant trees natives are key. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=428351254817186

04.01.2022 That was a great looong school holidays camping weekend.

04.01.2022 Watch out... this cheeky monkey is on the loose...

04.01.2022 We're big fans of tree flowers - no surprises there. These gorgeous ones are Grevillia's.

03.01.2022 Absolutely loving my new @hansa_products C13 chipper. Epic for tight access, can get through most back gates, and the back of the Ute.

02.01.2022 So much to love about trees.
