10.01.2022 S E L F C A R E . 2020 has been a big year and what I feel has been a real eye opener. Pandora’s box has been opened and we can’t get the sh*t back in the bucket I also think that fortunately, it has allowed so many of us to get to know ourselves a bit better and it has uncovered just how busy we really keep ourselves without addressing some of our true needs (and I know I can’t be the only one, right?) I think that right there though is exactly why I th...ink it’s so important to carve out time for self care, to look after our health. . I have fallen in with using my facial Gua Sha stones daily. WHY? 1. I can see visible results 2. I am working on my internal health and 3. I know I can fit in a few minutes every single day to do it and I love that it allows my whole body to slow down.
