23.01.2022 Happy Sunday! Please read for the next 2 weeks update. It’s Lily’s last week before she is off for 10 days from the 18th - 28th. This week you can catch her on her normal days and hours however she is extending hours for her clients by working on: - Monday... - Starting early morning Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. - Staying late Wednesday & Thursday nights How lucky are we to have her spoiling her clients with extra time before she goes. I (Ren) will be holding the fort as much as possible while my girl lily is away however i will still only be treating my clients on Wednesday and Fridays - i will frequently be popping into the salon on the other days to answer calls and messages & little jobs. You may even see my mini side kick Hunter but please be kind and patient with me, I’m a little nervous about missing my main girl for 10 days. I will be trying my hardest to be a Boss Lady, Mumma & Therapist so please allow me some time to reply to your messages & calls as soon as I can. To avoid delay you can always book online. Between now and Christmas Eve we are very limited. We have our cancellation book active and it is also starting to fill up. 03.01.2022 Unfortunately the time has come to apply our cancellation policy. This is something we have tried to avoid for a long time. However as many of you know, we are currently very booked and it is hard to get a last minute appointment. Recently I have noticed an increase in last minute cancellations (unable to contact our cancellation lists as the notice is too late) This means I have a staff member unable to spoil someone and a beautiful client missing out after waiting patiently... on the cancellation list. (I’m sure many can relate to desperately waiting on this list) We understand that things come up & we like to think we are very accommodating when it comes to squeezing you in, stay back extra late nights, starting early mornings, working though lunch breaks. however we do only ask for as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other clients. Policy- If you cancel a confirmed appointment within 12hours of your appointment or no show then you will be asked to pay 50% of your next treatment before being able to book again. This will be deducted from your treatment when you arrive to that appointment. This means your not out of pocket unless you do not turn up. If you fail to confirm your appointment we will hold your appointment and attempt to contact again & if we have not had a response before an appropriate time; your appointment will be given to someone on our waiting lists. Again unfortunately this is not something we wanted to apply however In these busy times I need to try and accommodate everyone. Thank you & see you all very soon. Renae
