13.01.2022 One year ago our family sat in the Bare Bones Movement Studio wondering where we would sleep that night...on a Reformer looked most likely, and we felt lucky to have that option. That’s when we discovered how a good community really works as messages started coming in offering us beds, food, wine (!) at the homes of people we had really only met briefly, socially. We’re used to doing things all by ourselves so this overwhelming generosity felt like a warm hug when we needed... it most. Thanks Noosa
