25.01.2022 Water and Your Skin Your skin is an organ, the largest organ in your body, and its mostly made up of water. Without water, your skin is unable to function at its best. If your skin doesnt get enough water, it may appear dry, tight, and/or flaky but most importantly it will also become even more prone to ageing! Your body loses large quantities of water every day, so if you dont replace it by drinking more water, your skin will suffer the consequences. Its easy to see the visible difference that hydration can make for your skin. So drink up!
