02.01.2022 Press pause! Those who know me know how much of a life enthousiast I am and as much as I love everything that life has to offer, even the tough bits (after realizing what they actually had to offer me haha), life can get overwhelming sometimes and I wish it came with a pause button. How amazing would it be if the whole world stopped spinning around for just one moment and you could take a deep breath without all the craziness? Instead, I create my own pause button by tu...rning my attention inwards to let my own world stop spinning around for a moment. Taking a breath, listen to my body and take care of her by giving her what she needs. This means sitting in silence, practice yoga or go for a walk, meditation, cooking nourishing food, swim and chill outs at the beach and lots of sleep. I have been offline for a few days as I pressed my own pause button and took care of myself through all of the above. Recharged my energy and clearing my mind to get myself organized as there are a lot of exciting things waiting ahead for me!
