25.01.2022 Thank you to Rhiannon Stephens for generously volunteering her time to transport the boxes to Adelaide - and for dealing with my many messages to organise hand over! Thank you to Calvary St Catherines Retirement Community for also donating medical supplies with very short notice. My thoughts are with anyone who has been affected by the devastating bushfires happening around our beautiful country. The loss of life (human, fauna and flora), homes, communities and livel...ihood is unfathomable. Its times like these that really show how much we Aussies care for each other and our country. We are with you.

25.01.2022 How are our kids going? They’ve probably got some questions for us... What is a Coronavirus?... Why can’t I go to the park and play with my friends? Why can’t we visit Nan and Pop? This video from the ABC can help you develop answers that are truthful without creating too much worry in your little ones. Stay well - Jess

13.01.2022 The 2020 school year starts next week, so its time to check those school shoes! School shoes should: properly fit the length and width of BOTH feet feet are like siblings not twins! follow the natural shape of the foot... allow toes to wiggle freely without being squashed allow 1cm from the longest toe to the end of the shoe for growth the big toe isnt always the longest! securely fit the heel not too tight or too loose allowing heel slips when walking be measured and fit by trained shoe store assistants this will help extend the life of the shoes! Check back in on these points regularly as kids feet grow fast and their shoes work hard! Happy feet. Happy kids. Happy parents! All the best for 2020! Jess
