25.01.2022 Husky Pub at Huskisson, a beautiful place for lunch and sunset dinner with water views of Jervis Bay and near to the place where you catch the boat for whale and dolphins cruises..... the whale watching season is on!

22.01.2022 Highly recommended Pelican Rocks - Seafood cafe at Greenwell Point about 25 mins drive from Barefoot at Callala Beach, great for lazy lunch ......their Fish and Chips is heavenly and the fish supplied by the local fishermen directly from the wharf opposite the cafe and oysters from oyster farm at Greenwell Point so everything here is fresh! Pelican Rocks has been awarded best fish and chips shop in NSW for a few years !

17.01.2022 We went on the South Coast Passage tour with Jervis Bay Wild on Saturday 8:30 am to 11:30am. We highly recommended our guests to this tour company, we saw a young whale breaching what a sight!, lots of dolphins and seals. Boat departs from Huskisson about 25 mins drive from Barefoot at Callala Beach. There are a few different tours run by this company, Dolphins and Whale watching tours, Jervis bay tour.

09.01.2022 Some updates at Barefoot at Callala Beach : We have installed a new stainless steel outdoor 4 gas burners BBQ, sanded and newly oiled outdoor decks and to ensure a comfortable night sleep whilst listening to the waves, we have a new plush comfort queen mattress in the main bedroom. Looking forward to host you, whilst we may now be in cooler months, there is gas log heater indoors to warm you up after your long walks on the white sandy beach.

08.01.2022 Callala Markets are held on every 2nd Saturday of each month at 42 Emmett Street, Callala Bay which is a short drive from "Barefoot at Callala Beach". 06.01.2022 Our new wooden deck almost right on the beach is a hit with our guests this Summer ..... total bliss to be chilling out on this deck and looking onto the expansive beach and water right out to the headlands opposite and you will even spot the pod of dolphins!
