12.01.2022 We are excited to announce Veneziano Coffee Ambassador, Craig Simon, as Australia’s 2018 Barista Champion after three tough days of competition at the 2018 Aust...ralian Barista Championships held at MICE, 22nd 24th March at the Melbourne Showgrounds. Returning to the competition after a four-year break, Simon presented two Gesha coffees, sourced from Colombia and Ethiopia. He used these coffees to demonstrate his concept of a tasting matrix specific to coffee, which was inspired by the wine industry’s deductive tasting grid.
