16.01.2022 Today has been a day of shopping and cleaning.. more so cleaning.. man.. I didnt get a before shot of that grill plate., but lets just say.. after five years of abuse., the 3+ hours spent scrubbing and scrapping to get her back was a little bit of hard work.. and the old navy in me had me making a start on polishing that range hood., plus cleaning the oven, fryer, etc.,! Still plenty to do !! Im tired..!? Big love to @me_kirst for rolling up her sleeves with me.. and Nana & Pop for looking after our tribe

11.01.2022 We did some chicken burger practice last night !! We even field tested it on some customers.. feedback was very, very good..! Brioche Roll, Chipotle Mayo, Spiced Chicken fillet, Cheese, Tomato, Lettuce, BKB Sauce. - Hitting the menu soon !! - Another option, imagine the chicken fillet with chips and brisket gravy all over it !?
