Every skin clinic in the state is devastated. As an industry highly regulated and educated in infection control both pre and post covid, we are absolutely flabbergasted that we are unable to operate. We don’t have a date. Even a 0.2 average cases in regional Victoria, is not low enough for us to be performing facial treatments - for many of us 90-95% of our service offering. You can visit a pub without a mask. You can visit a restaurant without a mask. You can hire an escort or get a sensual massage without a mask. You can get a beard trim without a mask. But NO. You cannot get a treatment for your debilitating, painful acne?? We are NOT Beauty Parlours.
