16.01.2022 After trying to lose weight with multiple weight loss program and not able to do so was putting me in the cycle of eating what I thought was making me happy. S...ure it was giving me the kick but I kept on putting weight and going down in depression. After I found out about the program through my sister-in-law Nafisah Rasheed in October last year the sceptic that I am thought this was just another program which will disappoint. I decided to give it a shot anyway cuz I was so desperate and she had great results. Not only have I lost nearly 15kg (still along way to go) I have gained my self confidence back. My life back. I feel in control again and am loving myself again. Yes it’s hard to give up what I we all love. But it’s just for a month and we can all have a bit of everything later only in healthy amounts. The friends that I used to dodge a year ago I now go up to them and say hi . I call people and talk to them myself. I have a changed attitude towards everything in life now. I have learnt so much about food and nutrition and my body,all thanks to this lovely program which has also given me a new circle of friends who regard me as one of their own and are always ready to help me and out a positive word for me.
