25.01.2022 How good is the rain? And how good is Bargara Headlands Estate!!! The rain has turned everything and amazing green and we love it. No dust!! Settlements have started to roll through on the Hayman Place, Irving Place, Lady Musgrave Drive and Logan Road bocks and houses are already starting to be built. ... We opened the new section of Logan Road this week and already many, many people have started to use it. We hope this helps the local community get around better. Our next Stage, The Fraser Stage has been released and half of the blocks have already been taken. If you did want one of these blocks you will have to be quick. Bargara Headlands is certainly the place to be going on current sales. These blocks will be ready by May/June this year. #GoHDL #bargaraheadlands

21.01.2022 To enhance the Turtle Trail we have poured the foundations for another 2 full sets of picnic tables, one with an extended end for wheelchairs. The tables will be installed next week. We have also put 3 smaller pads down along the oceanfront for 3 park bench chairs facing the ocean. These installation will allow the community to stop and sit and take in our ruggedly beautiful coastline..... and possibly spot to odd whale passing by. #GoHDL

20.01.2022 With the Fairfax Stage now sold out we have moved on to Hayman and Irving. We will have the Hayman Stage ready before Christmas. This stage has almost sold out as well. 13.01.2022 Council will make a bit of a mess at the entrance to Bargara Headlands over the next few weeks as they install their 300mm water main along Logan Road and connect it to the existing water infrastructure. Hopefully this will alleviate some of the water pressure issues in Innes Park.
