24.01.2022 Hello to all Baringa Football Club members and families, An Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been scheduled to be held at the Baringa Tavern on the 1st of October at 5pm. All are welcome. Unfortunately Rui is having to step down as President of the club so we will be appointing a new club president that day. ... There are plenty of other club roles available too (see below list), so if you are interested in being involved with the club in any way please email or call with any questions. We are working hard to grow this club and we really need everyone's support, so it would be great to have your attendance at the AGM. Hope to see you there!!! Hello to all parents and caregivers, Thank you for an awesome year of football! ... Despite the initial uncertainty with the start of the season being delayed, we thank you all for sticking it out and being a part of Baringa Football Clubs second year! It has been wonderful seeing the growth and development in all the players over the season as individuals and as team players. A big thank you to all our coaches, managers and volunteers this year, we would be nothing without you, so really appreciate you giving your time to the community. We hope to see you all back playing again next year, keep an eye out on our Facebook page for the new season sign on dates! 13.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who came down for our open day today! Remember to register at www.PlayFootball.com.au before Friday (if you can’t before then let us know ASAP so we can add you to a team) Also if you have a FairPlay voucher email it to [email protected] and I will give you a code to use. In the next couple of weeks we will be finalising teams, coaches and ordering uniforms. Once done we will email everyone an update on training times and start dates! Some coaches have started training so I will put another post up about that soon. Cant wait to officially kick off this season!

It is vital that all Quee...nsland clubs and organisations understand the changes, including the new No Card, No Start laws which outline that anyone working or volunteering with children in an organisation must hold a valid blue card before they begin work. 08.01.2022 Following this morning’s update from Queensland Government regarding new restrictions in the Greater Brisbane area (Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Scenic Rim, Lockye...r Valley, Moreton Bay, Redlands), Queenslanders are reminded that community sports operating under a COVID Safe Plan may continue as long as measures outlined in this plan are enforced. As per the COVID Safe Plan for Field Sports and FQ’s Return to Play Guidelines, all Queensland clubs and members of the football community must adhere to social distancing guidelines and attendance tracking measures. All people in attendance at any football activities MUST sign in and out at the venue, maintain social distancing at all times and not attend any football activity if suffering from cold or flu symptoms.
