15.01.2022 What a day! The council turned our water off with no notice so we had to be creative. So we used our bottled purified spring water to bath the pooches for 1/2 the day...Talk about a day spa! We finished the day with a sage smudge stick to cleanse any negative vibes for a new positive day tomorrow.

Both groomers are beautiful women with over 8 years grooming experience each. They are highly trained in gentle grooming techniques, traditional breed styles with all breeds and sizes for all your grooming needs. Our salon is changing for the better every day and we will never stop improving what is best for fur baby. We are implementing staggered ...times to come in for appointments so your pet is attended to and only stays for the time needed which creates a calmer environment for all. 04.01.2022 PLEASE BE KIND Hi You may have noticed we have had to change the opening hours at salons in Redland Bay, Manly West and Capalaba. Over the past 3 years our business has grown significantly, and I would like to thank our customers and groomers for their wonderful support of these past few years.... However, the growth, COVID-19 and recent changes in staff have impacted the business in ways you and I may not have expected. So, to ensure we continue to provide you and your wonderful pets with the best grooming services on The Bay and consider the welfare of our staff we have reluctantly had to make changes to our hours of operation. The key change is our salons are now only open on every 2nd Saturday and unable to accept any NEW auto-recurring bookings. These changes have been made very reluctantly but enable us to ensure your pets are groomed in a calm environment and can accommodate as many valuable clients as possible. We have tried hard to contact all clients who have been impacted by these changes and reschedule your furbabys to another convenient time. In many cases this has to be a weekday, as Saturdays at Manly West are fully booked and Redland Bay almost at full capacity until Christmas. We are sorry that not all Saturday customers can be rescheduled to another Saturday. Your patience while we make this transition will be greatly appreciated. These changes have been made with the best interests in the well-being of your furbabys, you and our staff. Of course, we will reassess our opening hours if circumstances change and update you then. Our team is working really hard to minimise the disruption to our valued clients. They are all trying their best to arrange the most convenient time for you. Please do NOT abuse them, abuse of any kind is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
