25.01.2022 We promised that wed introduce you to the newest member of the family (following our loss of Duke) and since today he turns 9 months old, we thought it was fitting... Introducing Teddy Bear, born 3 October 2019 who entered our lives in mid-February 2020. Hes a huge personality, loves literally everyone and gets on with Duchess and Halle Beary very very well. Hes made himself very comfortable in our house and we just love him to bits. Hell never replace Duke, but gee hes made these past few months (especially in isolation) that much easier to cope with. @ Barking Beauties

25.01.2022 Please be sure to book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment - we cannot stress this enough! Being rude to our team because you didnt book ahead wont be tolerated.

24.01.2022 It has been brought to our attention that someone on the Panania Community Page has been stating that we 'drug dogs' or 'sedate' them while they are in our care. Whilst we do not know the reason behind this attack, we wish to advise that this is INCORRECT and an ABSOLUTE LIE. Dogs should not be sedated in any way without the expression supervision and direction of a vet. It is highly dangerous and comes with enormous risk, which is why someone as highly trained as a vet shou...ld undertake this and supervise a sedated dog at all times. Additionally, it is worth noting that given the short time that dogs are in our care, it would not even be possible for us to sedate a dog and return it to its owner awake. It is our policy that we will not give a dog in our care any medication, or even a flea tablet due to the possibility of adverse effects on the dog. We acknowledge that some dogs require sedation for grooming and that their owners undertake this at home, in consultation with their own veterinarian. We are NOT involved in this process. This job isn't always easy, not all dogs love being groomed, but at our salon, we are ALL ABSOLUTE DOG LOVERS and do everything in our power to make the process as easy, relaxed and quick for the dog as possible. We thank our loyal clients for their continued support of us and our practices. If you are unsure about this or have concerns, we suggest contacting us directly. We will be continuing our investigations into the allegations this person is making and will be in contact with them with regard to possible legal action regarding this public defamation. Anyone with further information on this person and their post, is encouraged to make contact with us.

23.01.2022 On his very first haircut, Teddy was an absolute angel! Such a good boy - just in time for Santa to be watching. We’re sure he’s on the good boy list! He’s looking pretty good in his fancy bow tie too!

22.01.2022 Congratulations to our first round of prize winners on their wonderful colouring competition entries. We had a lot of debate about who should receive prizes. We wish we had enough for everyone! We'll be in touch with the winners shortly so we can arrange pick up of the prizes!

22.01.2022 Its important to realise that there is no evidence your dog can give you Covid-19. If you contract the virus there is a small chance you can pass the virus to your pet, but this is very minimal. Dont worry - you and your pet can still have plenty of cuddles right now. You both need it and itll help. https://www.drool.pet//how-a-tiger-tested-positive-for-cov

21.01.2022 We know there is a lot of confusion about what we can and can't leave the house for at the moment. We are happy to confirm that a reasonable excuse is to seek goods and services for your pets. So this means that you can keep your booking for your dog to have a bath or haircut, providing you continue to adhere to our strict social distancing rules.

21.01.2022 **IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT MAKING APPOINTMENTS** December: Fully booked out for baths and full clips. Cancellation list is closed. January: Fully booked out for full clips. Limited bathing appointments available. Cancellation list for full clips is open.... February: Book now for full clips and baths to avoid disappointment and missing out. 20.01.2022 Can we get a big hello for Honey? Yesterday was her very first visit, but won’t be her last. She’s the new dog of one of our team members, so you might see her around from time to time.

20.01.2022 Has anyone tried this?!? Would love to see the results. Must try it with yours.

20.01.2022 Its taken us a long time to feel ready to write this post... We wanted to let our longterm clients know that late in January 2020, we lost our much loved Shih Tzu, Duke. Duke was a fixture at the salon for such a long time and for years ran to greet all our clients and everyone always admired his beautiful long coat. He was 11 when he died. We miss him every single minute of every single day. He was incredibly special. He loved everyone, all dogs and people and just loved be...ing with his family which is exactly where he was when he passed. Our hearts are still broken months later. There is a hole there that will never be filled, but its filled with beautiful memories of what an amazing dog he was. We have welcomed a new dog to the family in these past few months and well introduce him to you soon. He wont ever replace Duke, no one ever could, but hes helped us heal a lot and helped fill that enormous hole that Duke left, feel just a little bit smaller. Duke 06/01/2009 - 29/01/2020 Always missed..
