All bookings are re arranged, we will be using tomorrow to contact you all one by one to inform you of the new date and time Some things have changed to the way we do things so please read carefully all the information will be right here (any questions message us) ... No dog grooming appointment will enter from the front of the store. All grooming appointments are to enter from the REAR of the shop from Broughton st. We have attached a photo of the back of our shop there is a barking mad sign on our fence. We will have a spot for you to pull in and then call us so we can meet you at the gate. This will minimise the amount of customers we have in our small store and keep everything regulated. We Will NOT be charging anyone matted dog fees up until mid November. We think its very unfair to charge you a fee that was out of alot of your control. Not everyone's dogs allows their owners to brush them some of you are essential workers and have the added stress of kids at home and other covid related stresses we dont think its right to charge extra because of the circumstances Walk in nail clippings are no longer available. You will need to call Barking mad and we will have to book in a suitable time. If your dog is a dog that won't allow us to hold them and you have had to hold the dog in the past when coming in then unfortunately due to social distancing regulations this will have to be a visit to the vet Our store hours have changed (does not affect grooming), the front of the store is now open 10:00am - 3:30pm if there are any of you that work late and are after supplies then we will still be offering our free delivery after hours Thank you all for reading please remember all of these regulations are hopefully temporary and we hope you can all help us keep these regulations in place. We ask you all to be patient over the next 2 weeks trying to book dogs in as our phones will be ringing non stop.

10.01.2022 Barking mad will be closed from December the 24th until January the 11th and back on January the 12th, if you are after prime100 meals for mutts or treats please try pop in by end of day next Wednesday.

08.01.2022 Thank you all for the messages regarding the great news that we can open on the 28th, we will be rescheduling our first week appointments and if we do open on the date the government has given we will re book the rest of the appointments and start taking new bookings, again at this stage we will not be booking any new dogs in until we are 100% certain we can open, as we all know the rules can change very quickly based on cases so no point us booking everyone in if we potentially may have to move it all again. Please be patient if you were already booked in the first week we will contact you leading up to the opening date and once open contact everyone else stay safe and have us in your thoughts that we will be back soon!
