24.01.2022 Your Bar At Home With Barley Grass Bar Salted Caramel Thermo cocktail 1/4 cup (50g) caramel sauce see notes... 2 shots (90ml) salted caramel Baileys 1 shot (45ml) vodka 1 cup (250g) milk Instructions Place all ingredients into a blender and mix on high speed for 10-15 seconds or until completely combined (if using a Thermomix, mix on Speed 8, 10 seconds). Pour into 2 serving glasses, drizzle over extra salted caramel sauce and serve immediately.

Recipe 1 cup of full cream milk ... 75 g or 3 rows of chocolate 30ml of baileys 3 tablespoons of salted caramel syrup Method Simmer milk in a pot on the stove Once boiled add chocolate of your desire In a seperate bowl mix your choice of dark rum or Baileys with the salted caramel syrup Then add the two components together into the pot Pour into your favourite mug or glass ENJOY Love Soph xo
