17.01.2022 Evening all, I have some great news! We will be able to return to competition golf as of TOMORROW. The latest easing of restrictions has meant community sport is back on. With this in mind as per the Golf Australia recommendation the Covid-19 rules will still be in place for the foreseeable future. Also, when entering the club house ALL players and visitors must sign in using the QR code as per the SA Health directive. This can be done using the MySA Gov app or the camera on ...your smart phone. For those without a smart phone you will still need to sign in using the written register available. We will aim to have someone around the club to help people become familiar with this change. As for food and drink, we must adhere to a 1 per 4 square meter rule inside and all food and drink must be consumed whilst being seated. Outdoors is a 1 per 2 square meter rule and drink and food may be consumed while standing. Thank you for your coopertaion over the past few weeks, as much as these rules and requirements can be frustrating it is important we all do the right thing to stop the spread of Covid-19. Regards, Jordan

11.01.2022 Congratulations to members Tyson Swanbury and Matt Lewan who won the Riverland Men’s Foursomes on Sunday. The boys scored 120 (27 holes) making them stand out winners. This also follows their win in the club foursomes in July. The runners up were also a local duo in Chris Neilson and Steve Stavrou who finished on 125. Also, congratulations to Sally Minns and Pat Hamood who won the net in the ladies event!... It’s great to see our members representing the club in these events!

11.01.2022 Afternoon all, As of Dec 14 following the governments update the Covid-19 rules while playing golf can be lifted. This means flags can come out again, rakes are back etc. It is still important to maintain social distancing when possible, wash your hands regularly and stay home if you are unwell. With this in mind you are still required to use the QR code EVERYTIME you enter the club. As for eating and drinking you may do this whilst standing both in and outdoors.... Hopefully this is the last time we have to see the rules change and I thank everyone for their cooperation. Jordan
