BARENTTS FONTEINE has also backed up from last weekend for an equal 2nd in the Restricted Open and an equal 3rd in the Open at Adaminaby, ridden by Lisa and Damien West.

13.01.2022 Congratulations to Felicity Weal and Barnetts Fascinator for achieving the highest percentage score in their first competition together! We are so impressed with the temperament of young Barnetts Fascinator, who has been working together with Felicity as she makes her comeback into the equestrian world following a tragic accident that left her paralyzed in 2017. Fascinator is a young KS Theo mare who has jelled perfectly with Felicity and we are so very proud to breed horse...s that have the intelligence and nature to be able to do this. 11.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that we regretfully inform the tragic loss of our outstanding sire, Kirkbys Stud Theo. At only 19 years young, it was a shock to lose him and it has left a big hole in our hearts at Barnett Stock Horses. Kirkbys Stud Theo’s most honourable achievement was being the first Stallion ever to win the ‘double’ the ASH National Futurity in 2004 and the National Maturity in 2005. Some of his other successes included: ... - Supreme Hack 2004 Nationals - Supreme ASH exhibit at Toowoomba Royal 2004 - Eastern Downes 3 yr old Futurity - East Morton Branch 3 yr old Futurity - 2004 Quirindi Show Champion Led ASH exhibit, Champion Worked ASH and Supreme Ridden - Reserve Champion at Plainsman Challenge Narrabri 2005 - First ASH Stallion to sire progeny in the USA. Theo has been an impact sire for our long-standing stud, siring over 270 registered progeny that have excelled in all disciplines from campdrafting, polocrosse, Royal and National showing, stockmans challenges, stock work, team penning, disabled dressage, and so many more. If you are lucky enough to own a Theo, you know the kind eye, authentic stock horse build and exceptional athleticism that he produces. 08.01.2022 Well done to Terry Hartman on Barnetts Promesse for taking home 5th place in the Dalby ASH Sale 5yr and under incentive campdraft! Barnetts Promesse was purchased at last years sale, pictured third from the right. Great to see her back and performing! Barnetts Comma (Lot 185) is a full blood sister to Barnetts Promesse.
