23.01.2022 In 2011 a group of parents started to organise a fete. When they asked the school community if they would be happy to have the money go towards extending the C.O.L.A. roof to accommodate the growing student population the answer was yes. After a few false starts and some weather issues today 16/2/2016 the extended C.O.L.A. was finally open for use. Thank you to all those that lived the dream, by running events, helping at events or supporting events. Barnier Public School we hope the students, teachers and community enjoy it.

19.01.2022 Fete wrap up meeting tonight, will put together a report and post details for any interested parties.

18.01.2022 To all the people who volunteered at the fete thank you because without your dedication the fete would not have been able to go ahead. So to show our appreciation today Gail Oakman the schools delegate on the committee (and what a great job she did) drew out the winners of the Volunteers Raffle. Congrats to Stacey Jones, Melissa Shields, Carrie Partridge, Komal Kerai, Karen Kitto, Karen Astill, Nicole Morgan's mum and Lisa Cristie. All of you helped raise over $24 000.00 to... be put towards the COLA extension. Final figure should be available soon. Thank You

17.01.2022 hi all, there were some amazing photos taken on Saturday. if anyone would like to share them so we can make up an album for the future, please put them on a usb and put in an envelope att P&C fete photos we can download them and create a digital album the school can use. i am sure the kids would love to see them as a presentation on the screen in the office or at eoy celebrations.

02.01.2022 THANK YOU. To a wonderful committee who have worked tireless over many many months organising a great day. To the teachers and staff at Barnier PS, they put in huge efforts too over the last few months. Especially to Gail Oakman who was on our committee and came to meetings after hours.... To the volunteers on the day and the days leading up to the event, without you the day could not have gone ahead, we only did this because we knew we had a dedicated group that will always put up their hands to help out. Some of you worked all day and did not see the smiles on your kids faces when they were having fun. You are amazingly dedicated to the whole school community.
