25.01.2022 As with any other area of life being a successful tennis player means being dedicated and disciplined. Being persistent, organized and consistent with what you do. It is about waking up every day and being aware of the path you are taking, the steps you need to take and the actions you have to perform to arrive at your ultimate goal. It is about being focused and living your dream, not just through thoughts, but through actions. Discipline is something ...you foster within yourself without being pressured to do things by others. It is the urge and the drive within you that makes you want to get better every single minute of the day and night (sleeping well and resting right is also part of discipline). This is a force that keeps you walking the route and not giving up on your ultimate goal. It keeps you confident, it keeps you motivated and avoids hindering your belief in achieving what you want, because you are aware of all the effort your putting in. Being disciplined is getting a step closer to your goal with every action you take. #tennis #tennisplayer #tenniscoach #tenniscoaching #tennislessons #sport #tenniskids #kidstennis #tenis #tennisfan #tennisonline #tennisanalysis #worldtennis #tennispractice #discipline #Теннис #motivation #tennispro #worldoftennis

24.01.2022 I come across many parents who come up to me and ask about the best age of starting to play tennis. Many of them have the understanding (eg. Djokovic, Nadal and etc) that the earlier the child starts playing tennis the more successful they will be. This I would say is a deep delusion because this is false. I see many parents trying to enroll their kids in to tennis at an extremely young age with the image that their child will go in to an elite tennis player. You never know, ...that can turn out to be the case, but in very rare circumstances. More often, it is the opposite because children get so much of tennis early in their life that by the time they are teens they had enough of it and mentally burn out. In my opinion, growing a champion is all about fostering the love for the sport early on, but without pressure, when the child enjoys being on the court and playing the game. It also means the child should have the option of choosing that particular sport for themselves in the process of being involved in a number of different sports. This choice can occur earlier for some than others. That means by a certain age a child would know whether they want to be serious with their tennis or not. From then on it is important to wisely support their choice and help them develop. In early days, it is great to involve a child in various activities that help them develop their eye and hand coordination, their movement and balance skill, their sense of space and time. Pushing them to become a tennis genius might do more harm than good. Tennis is a great sport to learn at any age and should be a fun activity that doesn't create any resistance from the child. It is a fairly sensitive process and one that should be followed with care. This also depends on the individual. There are natural born talents that can learn all the skills very quickly and stand out above others in their age group, and there are those who need a few years to establish and catch up to all they have missed. There are many examples in modern tennis where late starters have come achieve more success at the pinnacle of the game than the ones who showed so much promise earlier in life. Many successful juniors don't end up coming through in professional rankings, and those who showed no significant results on the junior level reach top ranks in the pro game. That shows that each person has their own pace at which they develop. The average age of tournament winners is increasing on both the men's and women's circuits, where the players go to triumph at a much later age. We should also remember that not every child is their to play professionally. There are those who love the game for the social aspect. Also it is a non contact sport that allows to stay more injury free and enjoy playing the sport till late in life. #tennis #tennisplayer #tennispractice #tenniscoach #tenniscoaching #tennislessons #sport #tenniskids #kidstennis #tenis #tennisfan

15.01.2022 PRACTICAL TENNIS GAME ANALYSIS With constant changes of circumstances in the modern world there isn't always a possibility to gain access to a high level tennis coaching. In the current era, we see more and more teaching options go on-line. Experience a new and unique way of interacting and analyzing your game. Coming as close as possible to an on court experience I will provide you with constructive and valuable feedback. I would like to offer my tennis coaching services on-...line with match and skill analysis. This would be based on video observation and feedback. It includes tennis stroke analysis, match analysis and assistance in planning the future development of a tennis player. It is open to players of all ages and levels of play. The process involves: 1. Sending me a video for analysis (particular stroke, all strokes, a certain set or a whole match) 2. I analyze the video and produce a written review. 3. a) I record a video explaining any technical moments that need to be opened up. b) A video call to go over the main points. Prices vary depending on the task. For further information please feel free to contact me. #tennis #tennisplayer #tennispractice #tenniscoach #tenniscoaching #tennislessons #sport #tenniskids #kidstennis #tenis #tennisfan #tennisonline #tennisanalysis #worldtennis #tennispractice
