24.01.2022 G’day Barnstormers, We’re pretty chuffed to announce a sweet little collaboration we’re undertaking with our little cousin Toria Morton Victoria is a qualified chef who is currently studying Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle and she reached out to us (after noticing all our meal ideas seemed to solely consist of adding YoPro and banana to stuff ) with the idea of sharing her delicious and nutritious recipes to all our wonderful followers, and of cour...se we jumped at the chance. Each recipe comes with cooking method, complete calorie and macro breakdown as well as a few tips on how to reduce total calories if fat loss is your goal. To kick things off Toria has shared with us an amazing Smoked Salmon Omelette, packed full of protein, this is a perfect post workout meal for all you guys and gals looking to re-fuel the after a solid session in the gym. 10.01.2022 PROTEIN PANCAKES Everyone loves pancakes on a Sunday morning, so here’s a recipe we’ve picked up for some delicious protein pancakes. INGREDIENTS... 150g Self Raising Flour 1.33 scoops @musashinutrition 100% Whey Vanilla Protein 180ml Almond Milk 1 Tablespoon Raw Sugar 1 Egg Pinch of Salt METHOD Sift flour into bowl, add all other ingredients and whisk. Spoon roughly 1/2 cup mixture into frying pan and cook until golden, flip and repeat. Mixture makes roughly 8 pancakes, with one pancake containing approx; 89 Calories 13.94g Carbs 1.29g Fat 5.2g Protein Top it off with some fruit, Salted Caramel @yoproau and sugar free Maple Syrup and you have yourself a real Sunday treat.
