23.01.2022 Big day @Shelter Brewing Co This is stage one of our beer system installation. 32 tap draught beer system which integrates into dispensing tanks in the brewery. This will give Shelter Brewing Co. the ability to dispense direct from tanks avoiding the need to keg beer. We hung the chiller from the ceiling to increase floor space.

22.01.2022 Last night Bevy Brewing Co launched their newest limited release beer- THE DON and it's named after our very own Don Baron! Don is a legend in the WA beer community and Bevy Brewing Co. thought it was only fitting to recognize him by brewing a beer with his name. The DON Nitro Ale is a modern take on a classic 70's nitro smooth ale, the beer is deep golden with a hint of amber colour, and pours with a classic nitro cascading into a thick foam head with low, creamy carbonation. The aroma is juicy, peach, light pine and grapefruit with a background of caramel and biscuit. The tropical, smooths its way through a nice malt backbone and finishes with a balanced bitterness for an old world sessionability.

We like to think this place is always packed because they have some of the cleanest lines in Perth, although it might help that this group knows how to operate a pub quite well.....they do have quite a few of them.
