16.01.2022 Hi all, Some fantastic news. SA government have just released principles for Transport and Tour Operators and is now available on SA Health website. This allows us to start flying again !!!... This is not only good news for us, but all of the other tour operators in the Barossa valley and South Australia. Covid-19 has obviously had a devastating effect on the tourism industry in the state. I would like to say that I think South Australians in particular have done an amazing job following the recommendations set out by the health experts. Because of this fantastic effort from everyone we can start to move forward again. Well done everyone !!! To keep everyone as safe as possible we will be following the protocols described for Transport and Tour Operators as well as some safety measures of our own. I have opened up our booking system to take bookings form the 13th of June onwards. To book call us on 85623111 or via balloonadventures.com.au One thing I would like to make very clear, to those of you wanting to book, SA Health have stated that the density requirements of 1 person per 4 square metres do not apply, but where possible people should space out. Unfortunately spacing out will not be possible in the balloon basket.

16.01.2022 A different kind of ANZAC Day. Today I thought I would take a photo of my Sturt’s Desert Pea as it is the reddest flower in my garden and I don’t have any poppies. Lest we forget. It is also South Australia’s floral emblem. Very proud of South Australians that we have managed to flatten the curve the way we have.

06.01.2022 Hi all, Just letting you all know we are still here and very much looking forward to being able to get back flying again. As most of you would be aware, COVID-19 restrictions are starting to be eased. Which is fantastic news. Unfortunately we cannot do the 1.5m social distancing in the balloon baskets. There has been an industry committee formed to come up with a COVID-19 work safe procedure that will hopefully be approved and we can all go flying again. Estimated timeline is still another month or two but that is only an estimate. We will update you further as we know more.
