25.01.2022 It's with a heavy heart to inform you due to the cluster of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the Barossa Valley region Barossa Clean will be postponing all domestic cleans for the foreseeable future. Safety for both you, your family and my team are and always will be my number one priority. I wish you all the best through these uncertain times and please keep safe. 19.01.2022 Wow what a busy week we've just had. With over 60 jobs = 145 hours. This would not be possible without my small but super team of excellent cleaners. They are amazing and always go that extra mile Thanks guys!

14.01.2022 Due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to take on any new clients right now. I do apologise to my clients for interruptions with our scheduling and for missed calls which are still needing to be returned. Please be patient as we work through this differcult situation, I am working on restructuring our rosters which I hope to have finalised tomorrow.... Cheers Kate

14.01.2022 I accept that over the next few days, weeks and months Barossa Clean will be severely impacted by the Coronavirus. TO MY TEAM - I want to assure my team WE GREW TOGETHER AND WILL DECLINE TOGETHER and hopefully when it passes, together we can grow again. Every one of you are dedicated and hard working and I will not turn my back on you. If you lose hours I to will lose hours. We will survive this together.... TO MY CLIENTS Many of you I have already reached out to but I still have more calls to make. Right now, we are still able to and want to assist you with the cleaning of your businesses and homes. Many of you we have serviced for years and we have built up a great relationship. We are all facing tough times and unsure of how long this virus may affect our lifestyles but we will all come through this together one way or another. We will understand if you are need to cancel our services over the next few days, weeks and months and hope when your situations change you are in the position to reengage our services. I am here for you all, call me if you need to talk. Be proactive about protecting your loved ones, stay safe, stay positive and let’s show the world how resilient Australians are.

10.01.2022 Barossa Clean has gone from having enough clients to keep me busy to having enough clients to keep a team of 8 people busy. Like every business we have our strengths and weaknesses. Our strength is in the quality of our work and meeting your individual cleaning requirements. Communication has become a weakness; one I will be addressing very soon as it use to be a strength of mine. With the number of clients we have now I find myself struggling with time, time to work on the ...business (admin) and time to work in the business (cleaning). November and December have been very challenging for me, with a lot of changes happening behind the scenes for a lot of different reasons. I would like to express my gratitude to my staff and to my clients for being so flexible and being able to work around what’s been going on. In 2020 my aim is to give back, to be more available for you! I will aim to streamline all communication methods and to respond to you all in a timely fashion. As the Christmas is fast approaching, I would also like to wish everyone a safe and Merry Christmas. We will be closed from 21st December 2019 and reopen 6th January 2020.

02.01.2022 Due to the fires today all work was cancelled after 12pm. Mulitple member's of our team houses were under treat and we've all helped evacuate there horses and dogs. We now are hosting multiple families and there pets at our home until its save for them to go home. Our team is all willing to work on Monday to ensure our cleans today get done before Christmas. I will give all affected clients an ETA for Monday tomorrow once I've had a chance to sort it out. We are really sorr...y for this inconvenience as we know its a busy time of year.
