12.01.2022 A quiet day in the shop today meant I got to do some of those other jobs on my to-do list - like boxing up some gorgeous wedding gowns now they’re all cleaned & pressed. Carefully folded with acid free tissue paper between each layer & safely tucked into its box to keep it in its best condition for the years to come. If you plan on keeping your wedding gown we highly recommend getting it cleaned sooner rather than later. Any untreated spills & stains can lead to premature y...ellowing as well as attracting other nasties like moths & mites. Boxing it with acid free tissue paper would then be the safest way to store your gown long term. If you still have yours sitting in the closet that you’ve been meaning to do something with it’s not too late. Unsure if you want to hang onto it or pass it on?
