20.01.2022 Here’s some useful tips for helping our young people, who are equally effected by the media & traumatic events. Thanks to Karen Young for her wisdom.

17.01.2022 Important to remember...

16.01.2022 It’s normal to feel stress and worry when there is a health event, like COVID-19, happening in the community. This can affect any person who is concerned about... the infection, with more specific concerns arising for those being tested, those in quarantine and those who have received a diagnosis. Most people will manage with the support of family and friends, but others may need some extra help to keep things on track. South Australians who are feeling overwhelmed, distressed or needing some additional mental health support in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic can now call our SA COVID-19 Mental Health Support Line on 1800 632 753 that includes support over phone and video, and a call-back service. 07.01.2022 Hello! I’d like to reassure you all that I am still working with face-to-face sessions, as long as you are not showing signs of illness. As part of my efforts to reduce the risks for my lovely clients and their families, I have temporarily moved location to 22 Staehr St Nuriootpa. We are following all the Dept of Health guidelines and ask that you wash your hands upon entering the building. ... If you are unwell with fever, cough or other symptoms, please call and we will arrange a telehealth session. Contact number is the same - 0475 885 595. Stay well everyone!!
