In the fridge: Green Smoothies, Carrot and Coriander Hummus, Spiced Lentil Salad, Moroccan (sprouted) Chickpea and Carrot Salad, Kale and Lentil Burgers, Spiced Banana Chia Puddings, Annie's Bliss Balls, Raw Lemon Truffles and Raw Ginger Cacao Bites!! On the table: DYI Falafel Mix (made from home-ground organic chickpeas), Activated Almonds, Raw Crackers, Spiced Activated Buckwheat and....Granola!! 17.01.2022 We've been creative in the kitchen this week just in time to supply you with nourishing wholefood goodness in time for Christmas. We'll see you in the morning with raw vegan xmas mini puddings, salads, dressings, crackers, nuts, dips, green smoothies and herbed falafel mix to boot!

11.01.2022 One of these things is not like the other.....Graham and I attended a cooking school in Sapa yesterday and came up with slightly different results :) Made a few dishes including these very simple fresh vegetarian spring rolls and a really lovely green papaya salad. Now where can I source green papaya locally? :) I'm sure I can manage a variation on that theme though.
