22.01.2022 It is National Children's Week and it has got me thinking about the little ones in our lives. They have little bodies but big dreams. As adults we often lose sight of the dreams we had as children. This week I urge you to look at ways you can nurture the imagination and enthusiasm of the children in your life but also shine the light back on yourself to check in with your own inner child. Have fun with it. They do!

06.01.2022 More and more often we get caught up in the day to day grind of things and forget to stop and check where our priorities are. Don't get so busy making a living and forget to make a life.

To do so we need to be open to accepting that bad stuff can happen and knowing that how we respond to it defines who we are and who we could be. Take a moment to reflect and identify the lessons learned in each situation you are faced with, whether good or bad, and allow yourself the opportunity to evolve.
