All you need is a passion for food and cooking and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. We are a modern Australian smokehouse - you will learn the art of smoking and curing meats alongside more traditional cooking techniques. Combining off-the-job training with on-the-job learning, the Apprentice Chef works alongside qualified chefs assisting in all aspects of food preparation and production. Salary paid in accordance with Award.
