14.01.2022 A coat rack I've been working on for way too long is finally hung. 100 and something year old skirting board, stripped back and repainted, tung oil, and new outstanding hooks! The long wait paid as I found a brushed metal version of my favourite matte black cast iron hooks, think they match this rack a bit better. Next project, single hook versions of this to run vertically down the opposite wall!
12.01.2022 Vertical hat rack installed on the opposite wall from the 5 hook horizontal rack I installed last week. Finishes off the entranceway to the home and will keep those hats, beanies, scarves and coats tidy during the upcoming winter.
07.01.2022 A pallet of scrap timber at yesterday's clearing sale is proving a good buy with this 4cm thick solid block chopping board currently sitting in the sun soaking up the oil and wax!
06.01.2022 New projects underway, page back up and running. Time to start new products again!
