14.01.2022 Thank You Avalon! What an amazing outcome for our 2019 Anglicare Winter Appeal - Food Drive at the Avalon Woolworths on Saturday June 29th! We want to send a big THANK YOU to our very generous community here in Avalon who helped us collect 128 boxes of groceries to help families in need across Sydney. A huge THANK YOU to Woolworths Avalon for their partnership and assistance in making this food drive possible, you guys are awesome. We'd also like to thank our church members who volunteered throughout the day and also contributed to the food drive. We are looking forward to the next one.

09.01.2022 The book of Genesis is aptly named - for it is a book about origins. Chapter 1 is about the origins of the world; chapters 1-11 are about the origins of the nations; and chapters 12-50 are about the origins of Israel. In 2018 we studied the first two of these origins. Starting this week, we turn to the third of these origins the origins of Israel. We will see how God accomplishes his incredible purposes through imperfect people to bring about blessing to the world. This part of the Bible is crucial to the unfolding storyline of Scripture which finds its fulfilment ultimately in Christ.
