Warm White is often used in Bedrooms, Living & Dining areas and Hallways as well as Cafes and Weddings to create a romantic mood. Cool White is great for areas that need more brightness such as Kitchens, Bathrooms, Studies and Garages.... Often Cool White lights are installed with a dimmer to help bring down the brightness if required. Day Light is used mostly in high work areas like Studies, Garages, Sheds and Warehouses. This is because it has a more severe, blue appearance which can help you stay more awake and alert. Colour temperates are a personal preference and there is no right or wrong choice.
