20.01.2022 Next in our line up of 2021 classes is... Musical Theatre We have a Junior and Senior class available and adults are welcome to join in too! Miss Rachel has choreographed and directed a number of musicals including The Little Mermaid and Annie Jnr as well as starring in them too. You and your kids will learn so many skills and techniques from her but most importantly, you'll have fun!

19.01.2022 Introducing... Miss Rachel At just 15, Rachel discovered her passion for teaching dance and worked to develop a strong background in Jazz, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Contemporary and Heels. Having taught for the past 11 years, Rachel has held classes with ages ranging from 2 years old to adults. Working with both large groups and private classes, Rachel loves to create a fun and energetic dance space, where everyone is able to feel confident and let go. Most recently, Ra...chel has branched into choreographing and directing children’s musicals, having produced Disney’s Aristocats, Annie Jnr and The Little Mermaid in the last 3 years. This came about after many years as an active member of the Newcastle Theatre community, performing in numerous plays and musicals throughout her career. Rachel is so excited to be sharing her knowledge and love of dance within her new role with the Barre Vida team. I think it’s safe to say, I am super excited about welcoming Rachel to my team and can’t wait to see the Musical Theatre classes. Guys, you are all welcome to come to Heels too

18.01.2022 I’m doing another order on Barre Vida tanks and limited edition tees next week. Tanks are either black or white - adult sizes Tees are white and can be printed in sparkle pink or metallic blue and can be worn as part of the uniform. 14.01.2022 Hello everyone! I am ordering all uniforms this today - Ballet and Jazz/Tap/Contemporary/Musical Theatre. If you haven’t ordered yours please let me know and I will send you an order form. Ballet uniforms can be ordered on website.

13.01.2022 Our Thursday afternoon Baby Ballet class still has spaces left. If you would like to come along tomorrow, please let me know. This class is perfect for boys and girls, 18 months - 4 years.

09.01.2022 Introducing.... Miss Montana Montana has been dancing since the age of two and has competed as a soloist in numerous eisteddfods. Montana has attended workshops in both the Hunter and Sydney regions from local and international artists. She has been teaching for 4 years, specialising in Tap (she is officially Barre Vida’s Tap Guru!!) Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical and Hip Hop. Montana is very excited to be teaching at Barre Vida in 2021 and can’t wait to meet all the won...derful students. I’m so excited to have Miss Montana joining Barre Vida next year and am certain you will all love her too

02.01.2022 FREE Adult dance and fitness class events are now on the page! Please make sure you mark going as numbers are limited. This is the best way to try out all our adult classes for free to find your favourites. They are suitable for men and women of all ages, fitness levels and beginners. Free classes are only available during week 1 of the term. Looking forward to seeing you all there. Please bring a yoga mat for Barre Fusion and Pilates.
