20.01.2022 Green overnight oats #recipe Wake yourself up with this hearty bowl of green oats and all the trimmings Happy Friday! 1 cup spinach... 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice) 1/2 to 1 frozen banana 1/3 cup rolled oats Drizzle of maple or honey 1. Make a simple green smoothie by blending spinach, milk and banana in a blender until smooth. Add maple syrup, honey if necessary. 2. Combine the smoothie with the oats, cover and soak overnight in the fridge. 3. Top with sliced bananas, kiwi, goji berries, sesame seeds. Or whatever floats your boat. #eatgreen #greensmoothie

20.01.2022 Moving your body is such a magical treat I don’t know about you but no matter how tired I am / how many times I’ve been up in the night moving my body even for a few minutes, makes everything seem so much better. It’s like therapy. The thought of a workout isn't always the best but that amazing feeling after a workout is what makes me want to do it over and over again I feel so happy and forever grateful to be doing something I truly love in my life.
