15.01.2022 A recently completed oil painting which is now on display at the West Cape Howe wines gallery. Storm over Mount Abrupt.
15.01.2022 It was terrific to catch up with Grace and her family again up at West Cape Howe wines gallery earlier in the week. Friends might recall I have previously posted photos of Grace's paintings. Grace had applied for a place at Curtin and was successful. But because of the extensive travel commitments she would have to attend, the family have decided to delay for the time being. Grace will continue with her art studies however and we will be seeing a lot more of her in the future.
12.01.2022 I painted this picture to recognise this years RUOK Day which is September 9th. The painting is quite simple and depicts one sunflower standing up in a field and asking the tree RUOK mate? The painting is in the Art Chatter Gallery and is offered for sale with all proceeds to be donated to Beyond Blue. The most important thing though is to ask the question - are you ok mate?
07.01.2022 My very sincere thanks to Carol who purchased the painting RUOK Mate, which I created to support this years RUOK Day. All of the proceeds from the sale of the painting will now be donated to Beyond Blue. It was a great pleasure to meet her today at the Art Chatter Gallery and I am very grateful for Carol's very kind contribution.
