25.01.2022 http:// APPRAISALS & PRIVATE INSPECTIONS ARE BACK // If you’ve been waiting patiently through lock-down to sell your home or view your dream home, here’s some good news. As of Monday 28th September, 2020, real estate agents in Metropolitan Melbourne are now able to carry out physical private inspections of residential property for buyers.... An appointment time will be made with the potential buyer and will be no longer than 15 minutes. A buyer may be accompanied by one other person from their household or an intimate partner and the buyer’s children under 18 years old. The occupants of the property that is for sale will leave the home for one of the four permitted reasons that people can leave home. The inspection will be contact-less with the agent opening any doors or cupboard etc. A buyer can only look, not touch. The potential buyer is permitted to leave home for up to 2 hours to carry out the inspection. Buyers in Metropolitan Melbourne can travel outside their five kilometre limit to inspect but must not leave Stage 4 Melbourne. Likewise, buyers in regional areas cannot inspect homes in Metropolitan Melbourne. All buyers and children over 12 will need to wear a mask at all times and sanitise their hands before entering the home. Our agent will be masked, wearing gloves and will immediately be wiping down any surfaces that they touch when showing buyers through the home. In-person property appraisals are also now allowed in Metropolitan Melbourne. One agent can visit a property for the purpose of giving an appraisal. Only one representative from the household must be in attendance, any other members having left the home for one of the four permitted reasons that people can leave home. A big shout out to mums and dads.. we are with you Hopefully these ideas will provide a little inspiration these school holidays.... Told by Grace Pugliese "We love a bug hunt!: The joy in looking through the micro glass, and digging up some dirt to find a worm! Colour Mixing: 4 bowls of water, a couple of drops of food colouring in each bowl. And some clear plastic glass for the kids to mix the coloured water into to see what colours they can make.. kids get wet perfect on a sunny day! Creating a rainbow: A bowl of water with soap detergent to create the bubbles, some cups or test tubes of coloured water to use those droppers to suck up the coloured water onto the bubbles. Kids love droppers Play dough: Homemade or bought never fails. Mud cakes: Get out any old spoons tins and jugs of water! The find anything to decorate on top! Messy but very entertaining my 4 and 6 year old work on this for a good hour! Balloons: Every now and then we blow up balloons and they have fun trying to keep them off the floor. Sun Catches/ Gelatine bioplastic recipe: Fun little activity to do with kids Please note they can get mouldy. They initially are soft but after a few days they go hard. Parks are now open!: So much fun but please be careful our little darling fractured her wrist from the excitement of being at the park again! Taking photos: Digital or a Polaroid camera.
