22.01.2022 All set and ready to go. It’s been over a year and a half since last driven in anger, so can’t wait to get back behind the wheel tomorrow at Symmons Plains. Thanks to Aligntech Automotive for the prep and Bridgestone Select Moonah for the new shoes, and of course all the sponsors that make racing possible.

18.01.2022 Being around race cars and tracks for a while now, you tend to loose some of the excitement that you once got from being at a Motorsport event. But I can honestly say that I enjoy being able to make a childs day at the track just that little bit more memorable by giving them a little bit of your time, and the opportunity to have a sit in a race car etc. I’m no Craig Lowndes but to them I could be. You can get so much back by giving just a little.

15.01.2022 The old girl doesn’t quite have the legs down the straight to keep up with some of the rocket ships that are being developed, but gets off the line ok for a heavy rear wheel drive car.

14.01.2022 It’s with great excitement that I can reveal that Super 3 is back on the Bathurst 1000 schedule, and I will be heading there to have my first crack in a V8 Supercar. Still in the Ex Greg Murphy and Steve Richards VE Commodore run by Ravage Raceworks which I will get to sit in for the first time when I get to Bathurst . With just 3 weeks to go I still have plenty of spots available on the car, so if u want to be the envy of all your mates while promoting your business and have some very cool photos to keep than shoot me a message. 13.01.2022 It’s been a big but very enjoyable day. My qualifying laps didn’t count due to timing issues so had to start at the back of A grade for race1 and finished 4th, race2 started 4th and finished 3rd but got bumped up to second due to a penalty Liam copped. Started R3 in 2nd and finished 3rd. At the end of the day we ended up 3rd for the meeting. Huge thanks to Damian Wickham and Archie for your help, and to Aligntech Automotive for prepping the car which ran faultless all day. T...hanks to the other competitors for the good clean racing, the MG Car club and all the volunteers for putting on the day. 12.01.2022 Warm up underway ahead of qualifying at 11.35. How cool are these cars

12.01.2022 Bathurst Super 3 Sponsors wanted. Bathurst is just 8 weeks away and due to the uncertainty surrounding whether or not spectators will be allowed to attend the event, I am offering up advertising at a very heavily discounted rate as I may not be able to provide the full level of exposure if they do decide to run without spectators. If they do allow spectators, even at a reduced number you get a free bonus. Plus the 250 odd thousand that normally would attend will most likely ...be glued to the Tv if they can’t go so not all bad. At a minimum i can promise some very cool photos of your business, on a supercar, racing around Mt Panorama which can be used for any future promotions which is pretty special in itself. Add to this that all sessions will be televised including a 125km race on the Saturday, and another on Sunday morning before the main race, which again is a pretty cool opportunity to sit back and watch your supercar racing around the best track at the best Motorsport event of the year, not to mention promoting your business to a million odd TV viewers. Although very unlikely but if the event was to get canceled, any money paid would be refunded straight away. I would appreciate any shares or tags if you know someone that might be interested. 12.01.2022 I should have learnt to not count my chickens before they hatch, with all the uncertainties that COVID has thrown at us, but I am a tad excited of my latest dream/challenge/aspiration..... and can’t hold it in any longer. I have secured a naming rights sponsor and have struck a deal to lease this ex Jason Richards/ Greg Murphy V8 Supercar to run in the Super 3 class at this years Bathurst 1000. A dream that I would have never thought possible, and one I could not achieve without the support from my loyal sponsors and friends.

09.01.2022 The sad news just keeps on coming. Unfortunately the Super2 and 3 class has been excluded from the Bathurst 1000 this year which is totally understandable under the circumstances. I would like to thank those that wanted to be part of this journey . 08.01.2022 A couple of laps of Mt Panorama, after second safety car in race 2. After race 1 I held off buying new tyres to see what the weather was going to do for race 2, then sort of ran out of time and thought I was too far off the pace to really make a difference. Sort of wish I did buy a fresh set as by race 2 we had enough pace to have a race ( by this stage the tyres had already done roughly 250km). In saying that I left with nothing but positive thoughts and feelings about how t...he maiden Super 3 race went. Thanks again for all the support I have received cheers. 04.01.2022 What an awesome bookend to what has been a once in a lifetime dream experience. Dropped my time down to 2,16.58 which was quick enough to have genuine battles and somehow finished 3rd for the weekend ( due to not crashing )which was never ever considered possible. I can’t thank this bunch of legends that supported me every step of the way. Thanks to Jim for trusting me with the keys to his supercar and to Ravage Raceworks for peeping the car so it ran beautifully all weekend.... 01.01.2022 Sad day today as I loaded up my old faithful for the last time. It has been such a great and reliable race car and have had so many great memories. The opportunity to sell came up so I took it. I don’t know what I will replace it with, many ideas but no plans, but I know it will involve a steering wheel and an engine.
