We intend to keep our doors open throughout this crisis, if we are safely able to, because even though these are strange and difficult times, we love what we do and the people we serve. As our Lord Mayor has suggested: "if y...ou feel well, sanitise and carry on" and that's exactly what we plan to do. 07.01.2022 Hey legends, We are looking for a barista for a permanent part-time role (4 days) for our little Fitzroy coffee window. Business is busy! We are also upsizing with outdoor seating. We aren't a 'speciality coffee shop" in any sense of the words, just a little neighbourhood place with great regulars and we still make great coffee without taking ourselves too seriously! We use Romcafe on a VBM three group machine, and rotate Streat beans for batch and cold brew.
