Please send your team lists to the Pdta results... email if you need to qualify players that were meant to be playing If you do not need to you don’t have to submit a team sheet. STAY SAFE EVERYONE!

22.01.2022 Hi All, Polwarth Tennis Association is continuing to work towards start of tennis season, with plans now to commence on the 31st of October to avoid clash with AFL GrandFinal weekend. As a club we look to be have a senior B Grade team. As well as Div 1, Div 2, two Div 3 and a Div 4 junior teams. Barwon Downs Tennis Club is looking for kids to play in our junior Division 4 team, we have three players but ideally need five, games are on Saturday mornings, coaching is available on a Wednesday afternoon. Division four is generally for younger kids 8ish+ early in their in tennis career. As always any ladies interested in playing Saturday afternoons are always welcome. 10.01.2022 It is with great sadness that we farewell the extraordinary John Rodger. Not only did he share his passion for tennis with everyone he met but he inspired many,... young and old, to love tennis too. His cheeky, friendly, lovable style was one to enjoy, he was such a special gentleman. John will be dearly missed by so many current and former memebers of our tennis club. 08.01.2022 Tennis season 2021/22 is fast approaching and we need to start thinking about teams. Please let Gavin (0407041960) know if you are keen, ask your neighbour or the new residents down the road if they are interested in playing. We hope to have a full cohort of junior teams again, one senior team and if there is enough interest maybe two senior teams.

08.01.2022 With today’s announcement of a change to restrictions around Covid there is hope that a tennis season may start. There is nothing official yet, however to start the ball rolling.
